The booklet contains information and background material
on the development and implementation of the course "Culture
of Neighborhood" in the Crimea. The booklet includes
the stages of development of the course (from 2001-2011),
its component parts and thematic lines of the program.
It also defines the main principles and features of the
program and illustrates possible mechanisms for the development
and implementation of the "Culture of Neighborhood"
course in other regions. Examples of the course’s published
educational and methodical manuals are also included in
the booklet as well as examples of support for, and cooperation
with the program by governmental bodies and international
organizations.
